Question by Annie L: Best fitness magazine for women?
I have looked into Fitness, Shape and Self and from their websites it seems I would like all 3. I just wanted a few opinions on subscribers…which magazine is the best in your opinion?

Also, I’m ultimately looking for a magazine that mostly talks about fitness…running strength training etc. If possible less stuff about dieting and beauty! Thanks!

I’m a guy and I actually subscribe to Fitness magazine. It has great articles focusing on weight loss and tons of great high protein, high fiber, low cal and low carb recipes!!! I get most of my lifting tips and updates from Muscle and Fitness, but regarding fat loss and great recipes, Fitness magazine is outstanding and one of my main sources!!!! I’d highly recommend it.
From the copies at the gym that I’ve scanned, Self seems to have more make-up and hair style articles, mixed in with exercise routines and dieting tips.
