@joepic85 And your reason behind this is ?
@FutureUnChanged that doesn’t even make sense, you get man boobs from having too much fat, not from building muscle. I agree that you need to do incline also, but if you don’t do it, you wont get man boobs. Thats a nutrition problem, not a lifting problem.
@AwesomePeow when did I ever mention Sweden?
You probably shouldn’t go all the way down to the chest.. if you have a chest like this guy.. you could.. but most of us dont.
@jiamonx2 You’re right, I’m from Sweden so I don’t have a clue what hypertrophy is. I know that different types of training affect your body in a certain way. And it does mean shit, I probably have more experience than some1 that’s doing their first workout in the gym.. Why the fuck do you think that I’m watching youtube to find how to do the exercises properly? Because I want to make sure that I do them properly. And I’ve searched around for a while, so most exercises I’m doing 100% right.
@AwesomePeow did you know size comes from hypertrophy, and you may want to look that term up because im 100% sure you have no clue what that means. different types of training with affect your body to look a certain way, and yeah they’re both big because they took steroids also, “i’ve been working out in gyms for 3 years” doesn’t mean shit. it means you’ve done it for 3 years, but easily you could’ve had the wrong form and no one has corrected you.
@jiamonx2 Is it? I can comment on any comment I want.. I said that I have a clue, because I’ve been working out in gyms for 3 years. It isn’t that much, but it’s a bit. I told you that because it’s a sport that requires strenght etc. I never said I was a expert, I’m saying that he does the exercise pretty well, and they both are pretty big, so..
@AwesomePeow it’s sad you keep contradicting yourself, and how you have no support for your statements, argument over, don’t comment on my comments when you don’t have a clue. and wrestling for 10 years I don’t know why you bothered telling me about that, it doesn’t make you an expert on bench press or any equipment in the gym
@jiamonx2 What the fuck are you talking about? If you’re beeing successful, you’re obviously must do something correct.. Okay, now I know what you meant, but yeah, I’ve been in gyms. Not with that much experience, but I still go to the gym. Otherwise I wouldn’t watch videos on how to do exercises properly. I’ve never said that I’m locking my arms, I’m saying that how they do the exercise seems to be pretty right. I’ve never seen myself doing bench press so I’ve no idea how I do them.
@AwesomePeow so you’re arguing successful=correct?, I never knew successful meant correct. Maybe they should change the dictionary and thesaurus. When I said do you even know where the gym is, I meant have you ever been in a gym. Continue locking your arms out and bringing the bar as far down as possible. See where that gets you in 10 years.
@jiamonx2 It looks like he’s pretty successful, so don’t try to talk shit about him. Where that gym is? I have no idea since I’m from Sweden. But yeah I know, I’ve been wrestling for 10 years and been working out in gyms for 3 years, so I’d say that I got a little bit of experience. Not as much as a personal trainer, but enough to do the exercises properly.
@AwesomePeow i just told you idiot. I’m the fuck that has his personal trainer license, meaning I have a clue to what I am talking about. Who the fuck are YOU to question me? Do you even know where the gym is?
@jiamonx2 Who the fuck are you to question him?
@botladola there is several ways to improve your bench press. 1. have a controlled/ slow movement going up and down when you bench 2. Do not bounce the bar off of your chest, keep the bar rested on your chest for about 1 to 2 seconds before pushing the bar back up 3. doing dumbell press also can help your form and use more muscle fibers to help your strength in bench press 4. also work shoulders and triceps and back to boost your bench press weight
I have a question. I can bench more on a smith machine (around 30kg on each side) however i can do around about half that on a normal bench press without the support (around 10-15kg on each side). Now i know why i can lift more on the smith machine, the balance is already controlled for me, but how do i improve my benching on the normal bench press?
@II3L3V3N08
Dude, what about the oriental from Bloodsport?
He forgot to mention that if you do Too much flat bench and no incline you will get man boobs!
It depends. Look at the guy in the video, he’s got a huge chest already and can easily go down to the chest. However someone like me, I’m 6’0 weigh 180 and If I try to get the bar down to my chest, my elbows go way below 90 degrees and it starts to hurt my rotator cuff in the long run.
I just got my BCRPA personal trainer certification, you’re never suppose to lock out your arms for bench press and go as far down as possible. Jeez who certified this guy?
@sardonicsaint depends on the person, but goin past 90 degrees is only good for light to medium weight. once you get heavy weights you will tear your pecs touching the chest. also only going 90 and not locking out for reps. will make it alot harder. when you lock out al lthe weight goes from your muscles to your elbows for the most part giving you rest. goin 90 degrees and not lockin it out will get you a crazy burn. alot of powerlfters and body builders have big chests they hit 90 anyway tho
@runescapeclassicable in my opinion, 90 degrees is good. after that, the pressure goes to your rotator cuff, especially if you are doing heavier weight. most people will tell you otherwise though
@ShadowCrashed81 Ahh ok
@MrLmfao1989 It was an inside joke. Don’t worry about it.
@ShadowCrashed81 It’s an intructional video of bench press so there is no need to lift any more than 1 plate. He could probably lift 4 or 5 plates if he wanted to.
shud u bring down till 90degree or full down stretch .?
@roymarthroy
most big people are actually nice. nomsayin
Wtf is he talking about? High reps isn’t the best way to achieve muscle definition…
steroids!!! fitness rules…
@giadalover They do, im ucking hALF ASIAN and Iill be his size in 1 year or so! Ive grown pretty big in 1 year
@XBOYZ45 I do.
I can rape 60′s with Ease. i can get 3 sets of 15 slow reps out. now 70 is a dam problem.
TO bad i only have 32′s at home

he has a cool physique
soooooo its good to squeeze the dumbells together? why am i always hearing that its not from some people and that it is from other?

Woooooooooooooow…. its Amazing…hahaha
@giadalover That’s a stereo type.
that guy is wiiiiidee…
ERRRYBODY WANNA BE A BODY BUILDER … BUT NO BODY WANNA LIFT THIS HEAVY ASS WEIGHT
Not a good description. Special attention should have been made to orientation of the arms and where to lower to the weight so that not to injure the shoulder
he is takeing something, asians dont get that big
unfortunately they don’t show the transfer from seated to lying position which is crucial on a heavy weight
Hide is handsome.
its Goku from Dragon Ball Z!!!
is that guy on the pec deck machine a girl or a guy? i mean, he looks like a guy but his chest looks like bewbs. lol.

S T E R O I D S, classic gold’s gym member
@RawrMm coming from a guy with a the screen name “rawr” lol you faggot. He’s a beast
thumps up if you see the background guy in green, he really got boobs haha!
I hate how some bodybuilders give the rest a bad name by picking fights because they have big muscles. Ooooo nice biceps. Too bad you don’t know how to throw a punch. I was at a frat party last year and some bb said, “I can never lose a fight. I bench 300 lbs.” WHAT A TOOL!!!
@RawrMm never heard that before. very original
